MHIA SOLAR PORTFOLIO OVERVIEW
Our southwestern PA solar portfolio includes three projects: Pechin Solar, Gans Solar, and Listonburg Solar, and plans to provide 43 MW of AC power once completed. Pechin Solar and Gans Solar, both in Fayette County, will each provide nearly 14 MW of AC power and are scheduled to be operational in September 2024. Listonburg Solar in Somerset County will provide nearly 15 MW of AC power and is expected to be operational in October 2024. The portfolio plans to generate and provide nearly 78,000 MWh of carbon-free electricity annually.

PECHIN SOLAR
Pechin Solar is a solar photovoltaic (PV) farm in Dunbar, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is scheduled to be operational in September 2024 and will provide 14 MW of AC power upon completion.
GANS SOLAR
Gans Solar is a solar photovoltaic (PV) farm in Lake Lynn, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is scheduled to be operational in September 2024 and will provide 14 MW of AC power upon completion.
LISTONBURG SOLAR
Listonburg Solar is a solar photovoltaic (PV) farm in Addison Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is scheduled to be operational in October 2024 and will provide 15 MW of AC power upon completion.

When is the ceremony?
The ceremony will be held on Wednesday, October 2 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM EST.
Where is the ceremony located?
The ceremony will be located on the grounds of the Pechin Solar plant, located in Dunbar, PA. It is roughly 80 miles southeast of Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT).

How do I get to the event?
Where can I park?
Parking is available next to the KeyBank ATM and the Laurel Mall. A shuttle will transport attendees from the parking lot to the event grounds.

Will there be food available?
Complimentary small breakfast bites and beverages will be available during the duration of the ceremony.
What is the dress code?
Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear weather-appropriate, closed-toe shoes; shoe covers will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
